To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must have all original tags and labels attached.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the return package.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
